Pop of Colour

I have seen similar necklaces like this around the interwebs and my favorite places,
now that fall is here it's especially such a fun time to play with color.
This was SUPER easy to make and took less than 5 minutes to make.

So here's what you need:
  • Beads of preferred color (found mine at Michaels)
  • Decorative Chain
  • Bead Cording
  • 2 crimp beads
  • 2 jump rings
  • Clasp/closure for necklace

Start by cutting a desired length of bead cording for your strand of beads.

Feed the cord through a crimp bead and then loop the cord through a jump ring. Feed the cord back through the crimp bead so it is looped around the jump ring.

Crimp the bead around the cording with flat nosed pliers.

Begin stringing the beads onto the cording.

Feed the loose end of the cording through another crimp bead. Feed it through a jump ring and loop back into the crimp bead, just like you did on the other end.

Crimp the bead closed and feed the short end through the first few beads to cover it.

Open the jump rings and attach each end of the chain.

C'est Voila! Enjoy your new, bright and popping necklace - wear it often and love it.
I have a grey top... somewhere, begging to be worn with this!
